Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the service.

Your data lives in a workspace. The workspace owner and admins decide who is invited, what role each member has, and which AI provider the workspace uses. Anyone you invite can see the applications in that workspace.

You keep ownership of everything you add, including job postings, notes, contacts and your CV. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide the service to you.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or personal information about others beyond what is needed to track your applications.

AI features send the relevant text, such as a job posting or your CV, to the AI provider configured for your workspace. When you supply your own API key, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms, and any usage charges are billed to you by the provider.

AI output can be wrong. Legitimacy checks, readiness scores and interview prep are guidance, not professional advice. Always verify an employer before sharing personal or financial details.

• Do not attempt to access another workspace's data or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Do not use the service to send spam, scrape sites in violation of their terms, or store unlawful content.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without our agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why where the law allows. You can ask to delete your account at any time from Settings → Security; each request is reviewed and, once approved, your account and any workspace you own alone are permanently deleted.

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
